![]() So here I am at TripAdvisor with yet another compliment for them. She should be the Housekeeping Manager who will welcome guests at the entrance and help them with the luggage every morning) Exceptionally good work certainly deserves due recognition. They actually remember birthdays and take the time and effort to send a birthday greeting to my Husband! (In fact, I still recognise the bespectacled lady holding the cake in the pic. And as if those were not good enough, we were wow-ed again yesterday. ![]() From the personalised welcome letter, to the personally signed greeting card from the chambermaid, to the free rubber duckie, to the elaborate and pretty breakfast spread, they've already placed themselves a notch above the big industry players. Within its simple nondescript exterior lies a Hotel brimming with warmth and sincerity. But till now, it's still the only Hotel which has impressed us most with their attention-to-detail and personalised service. It's been almost a year since our stay in Hotel Berna in Milan. When I took my ps5 out of sleep mode to play this. It said Voice Chat: Not in Local Channel on the bottom right corner. Excellent service for a reasonable price. Now available on Steam, PS4, and PS5: First Class Trouble is a party game where players must work together and against each other to survive a disaster. We enjoyed Milan much more than we thought we would and really liked Hotel Berna. On check out we were offered bottles of water and small snacks for our journey. Really nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and there are many touches to help you feel comfortable. Nice bar too where it was easy to chat to other guests and the barman, Max, provided much entertainment as well as recommendations and bookings to nearby restaurants. You could have fresh carrot juice made in front of you. Wonderful choice of freshly prepared food, constantly refreshed by the smiling staff. The breakfast was the best of our holiday, and probably the best of any holiday. The hotel said they will look into getting blinds now we've pointed it out. The bathroom door is glass which some may not like, caused us a small issue as light came into the bedroom from the bathroom window. Our room was comfortable and included lovely touches such as a free soft drinks mini-bar, nice biscuits or chocolates left on the pillow. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi we felt welcomed as the door man helped us in, check in was quick and easy and everyone smiled. We stayed in Hotel Berna on our first two nights trip around Italy.
